Once your package has been picked up from our warehouse, shipping will take these estimated times to be delivered:
US : 2-5 Business days
EU / UK : 1-3 Business days
CANADA : 2-6 Business days
AUSTRALIA : 3-7 Business days
Shipping Times are separate from Processing Times. Please be aware that all shipping carriers are experiencing shipping delays. We are not responsible for these delays and cannot guarantee shipping delivery times.
All international orders are shipped via UPS Express Saver for a flat rate of $15.
We offer free international shipping on all orders over $100
Please note international orders are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs, and duties put into place by that country. Chapters is not associated with these fees and cannot predict what they will be on the receiving end of the shipment. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.

Once an order is placed, it is unable to be canceled or modified. So please check your order details carefully and place your order.
If anything you’ve ordered arrives damaged/faulty/missing, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number, a description and a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery. Please do not return any items before contacting us.
Items that have been deemed damaged or faulty will be replaced at no extra cost including the shipping cost.
You can return the faulty/broken item if the issue occurs within 30 days. You can either get a full refund or the items that have been damaged or faulty will be replaced at no extra cost including the shipping cost. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, a description and a photo of the damage. Please do not return any items before contacting us.
If you’ve waited longer than the anticipated delivery timeline listed for your order, and there’s no recent update on your parcel’s tracking, Please let us know so we can follow up on your package.
Please note: after an investigation, if your parcel has been deemed lost in transit, replacement items will be dispatched at our discretion.
Chapters accepts returns within 30 days of receipt given the order is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please send your order and your packing slip to the below address. Once we receive the return, we will notify you via email and issue a refund on your card, though shipping costs are non-refundable. Any items that are personalized are final sale.
Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment less the shipping fees. Please note that credits may take up to 10–14 days to appear on your statement.
For parcels where delivery has been refused, parcels that have been returned to us because of an insufficient/incorrect address or for parcels unclaimed from a post office or collection point within the required timeframe, we will need to charge you a re-shipping fee.
